We can’t thank Johnathon enough for all the effort and love he puts into looking after our nana/mum… having Jonathon support my nan has been so lovely to watch. After being diagnosed with dementia earlier this year it is so nice to see her smile again.when you choose to let someone into your home and care for someone you love endless amounts it’s important to be trusting and Johnathan is 100% trustworthy! His loyalty to my nan has meant my mum has been able to go out, get some of her freedom back without worrying about Nan! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, everything you have done and continue to do for my Nan! We would be lost without you! As a service it gets 10/10 from us Vanessa Well what can I say that will beat that except that Smile care definitely lives up to its name. My mum had a care company that all I can say was rubbish my mum was sinking very low into depression, she never laughed and was hardly talking, which was hard to watch, it’s bad enough watching your mum with Dementia and Alzheimer’s, no mind seeing her depressed. She don’t looked care for, even though I was trying my best. Then I found Smile care or should I say Jonathan. Within a week they had took over my mums care and I saw a mass difference in her, she was chatting away, laughing and looked like she was loving life again, she looked healthy again and the depression has vanished. smile care have made such a difference they laugh and joke with her and even sit down and have a brew and a chat. She looks forward to there visits All the stress has been lifted off my shoulders can’t thank Jonathon and his team enough

Early days for them caring for my mother in law, but very efficient with the onboarding process, risk assessment, etc. Spoke with her at length to understand what she wanted, as well as taking on board the families concerns. Staff are introduced to mum prior to them going in to care for her. They all seem to be very jolly people, and it can't help but lift her spirits. She looks forward to the next visit. We get notifications of when they have been in and leave, with notes on what they have done whilst there, via an app. This means that if there are any issues, we can resolve them quickly. As a Family who live some distance from her, we feel reassured knowing we can contact Jonathan at anytime.
